  • The items must be returned in their original condition. They should be unused and in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Products that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to us beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted.

We will provide you with further instructions on where to send the returned goods. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, typically within 14 days.
  1. Exchanges
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please specify this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
